This one will get you, in the best way possible.

SET: 4-6x 600m

We’ll meet at the dome that starts the pedestrian/cycling path on the Manhattan of the Williamsburg bridge and kick things off 6:29am sharp. The full length of the incline is roughly 600m and we’ll do 4-6 reps (depending on your fitness level).

If you have time, join us on a cool down heading South on Allen, onto Pike St, then heading north on the on the East Side running path.
