Columbia Heights

two for one Hills! incredibly sceneic and lovingly unforgiving.

Set: 3-4 x 500m | 4-6 x 150m

We’ll meet on the east side of Brooklyn bridge and start at 6:59am sharp with 3-4 reps (depending on your fitness level). each roughly 500m in length, from the “welcome to brooklyn sign”, to the first tower. Once complete we’ll run easy as a group down into DUMBO and turn left onto Everit Street (which becomes Columbia Heights) - here there is a beautiful 150m hill waiting for us and we’ll do 4-6 reps (depending on your fitness level).

If you have time, I highly recommend joining on a cool down which will take us onto the Brooklyn Heights promenade with epic views of lower Manhattan.
