Central Park’s
Harlem Hill
This iconic hill in central park is a great place to push your limits.
Set: 4-6x 700m
We’ll meet in the park at the bottom of Harlem Hill and start at 6:59am sharp with 4-6 reps (depending on your fitness level). Each interval is roughly 700m in length. To shorten the rest, providing it feels safe, we’ll cut through on the trails back down to the start of the hill.
If you have time, join us on a cool down continuing through the park and taking the bridle path to Columbus circle.
